Promitheftiki Trofimon SA, with 30 years in the retail business, had completed the relocation of its distribution center and management services to new premises (8,000 m2) owned by the company.
The need arose for an integrated solution to manage its stores’ retail sales and organize the company’s central warehouses with wireless mobile terminals.
We examined not only the company’s present needs but also its future requirements with the aim of designing an integrated solution. The challenge was to address a combination of many different needs such as:
- central management of stores
- support for the operation of new stores
- immediate integration of existing stores into the network
- organization and monitoring of a customer loyalty program (loyalty cards)
- implementation of new policies and application of marketing/communication tools
- utilization of existing hardware installation
- selection of reliable hardware
Following a study, the product chosen was the second generation Reflexis, which has been developed by Cubit and fully responds to the needs of retail stores and chains.
The solution we designed exclusively for Promitheftiki Trofimon SA includes the following subsystems:
Reflexis POS, an essential subsystem for managing the company’s 140 work stations (POS & PC).
Reflexis Store, for managing outlets. The reports generated by the application constitute an effective tool for monitoring store operations on a daily basis, which is vital in the day-to-day running of any retail business. Its features include a daily transaction report as well as wholesale and retail invoicing with multiple price lists.
Reflexis Central, central management system software, used for sending prices and offers to all stores but also for receiving the necessary files and information from them.
Reflexis HHeld, the ideal software for managing the company’s mobile terminals in either wired or wireless format.
Reflexis Loyalty, Cubit’s proposal for managing customer loyalty schemes with the use of a card and the implementation of different promotions.
